Finger Movies - the ideal way to create mini kickstarter movies

Whilst creating my first ever Kickstarter project for the creation of Pallet Powered Gardens , I wanted to create a quick and funny video to show how the gardens would flourish and grow on the streets, but it had to be low budget. I thought one hour would be long enough, but in total it was 4.5 hours with a lot of repeating the script again and again. Coughing, forgetting the lines, picking the wrong item. Secret Squares - an easy to make game

Secret Squares is an easy to make game with a random outcome each time. The concept and implementation is really simple, all you do is write down some event with action on the back of blank pieces of paper. Then use some toys as piece counters to move over the squares. Players take turns to move onto squares - aiming for an end square, on the way when they land on a new square they turn over the piece of paper to see what the event and action are on the other side. For example "You find some energy food, move forward one square.". Let your kids add their own events and actions - be as creative and crazy as possible! My daughter added "Get a Lift - 5 squares", she landed on this one and won the game...easy!
