Finger Movies - the ideal way to create mini kickstarter movies
Whilst creating my first ever Kickstarter project for the creation of Pallet Powered Gardens , I wanted to create a quick and funny video to show how the gardens would flourish and grow on the streets, but it had to be low budget. I thought one hour would be long enough, but in total it was 4.5 hours with a lot of repeating the script again and again. Coughing, forgetting the lines, picking the wrong item. Also, failing to have a stand for the camera I used my daughter's lego to construct a stand with a slight tilt. Lego is universal! The two characters featured in the video are from an old photo of me and one from a Hello Magazine celebrity - plenty to choose from, all ready with added makeup and smiles. Bluetack on the back and stuck to a hand creating a mini-character instantly. The stage is the inside of a breakfast box using foil on the windows.
