Just like "rent my parkingspace", this is to open up my skip to the public but in a controlled manner, with a first come first served basis. * Owner gets skip and registers skip on web site - length of time and best time to Raid it. * Or Raider who is interested posts a printed card asking for permission to access the skip * Owner says what will be dumped into the skip * Raider asks for access and says what they would like "I'm after bricks" for example * Raider complies with instructions and access time and empties skip once - allowing other people access in the queue.
