To create a milk bottle bird cut out the side of a milk bottle out, any shape you want. Draw with a marker pen to get the shape, I copied this one from the blind in the kitchen. Create a hole with a hole punch, tie some string and your done!

All that's needed is a plastic milk bottle, scissors, a marker pen and a hole punch. Though you can just cut a hole where required.
